Tea is a very social practice and makes a great companion for a relaxed and cozy friend group setting. In this private tea session, you get to try 3 different teas in the comfort of your own home or favorite outdoor place of your choice. You don't need to worry about teaware or a kettle: Tea has got all the tea and tea accessories you'll need.

Are all the teas in this private tea session with caffeine?
- YES! All the teas used in this session will have caffeine. If you are worried to have problems falling asleep later that night, I'm happy to suggest teas that are lower in caffeine. Be aware that you'll be drinking multiple rounds of three different teas within 2 hours, so even low caffeine teas might have an effect on you simply because we will be drinking quite a few little cups.
Do I have to have prior knowledge to enjoy this session?
- NO! All you need to bring to the tea table is curiosity and an open mind. Please feel free to ask as many questions about tea as you'd like.
Are there any "rules" for this tea session?
- NO! This is not a ceremonial setting, which means you are not expected to follow any specific regulations. However, there are some considerations when drinking tea as a mindfulness practice. For example, most of the teas in this session will have very delicate aromas which might be difficult to fully sense when wearing perfume or anything with strong scents.
What kind of teas will be prepared and enjoyed in this session?
You can explore Chinese, Taiwanese, or Japanese teas which range from white tea to green tea, to oolong, to black tea (Chinese red tea), to pu erh. All teas are free from any additional flavors. It's the pure leaf which carries all the distinctive flavors of tea.
